Approach

LS Advisory is a boutique consultancy founded by Louisa Seymour, who began her career at Deloitte launching new services into new markets. Over the last decade, she has worked with scaling B2B businesses entering new markets or expanding globally to build the commercial foundations that drive growth.

The focus is on understanding where growth really comes from and how to build for it. This means moving beyond secondary data to get close to real demand, real buying behaviour and the conditions under which customers actually convert.
